Garcia & Jones was established in 2014
by husband and wife team
Hugh Jones and Raquel Garcia.
Hugh is the principal consultant and boasts over 25 years experience in the property industry, with a focus on advocacy, independent advice, development and the mentoring of property professionals.
Having established a number of property businesses, Hugh is retained as a permanent advisor by a number of private clients, and sits as board advisor to a number of substantial property businesses.
Hugh is well recognized in the property industry for his strategic abilities, his commercial acumen and his keen interest in helping corporates and individuals achieve their desired outcomes.
With a career extending from the early 90s’, Hugh has bought and sold over 1500 properties on behalf of clients. His particular areas of expertise are property service businesses, complex property transactions, luxury residential and commercial investments. Hugh is also deeply experienced in the area of property development, having successfully developed several medium rise, residential developments.

Raquel spent 15 years in the property law and financial planning sector. She understands the complexity of property, founding a conveyancing business in 2003, which successfully expanded in scale across a ten-year period to employ a range of property specialists, who undertook over 5000 conveyances.
Her strong reputation and extensive experience bring the benefit of a trusted network of strategic alliances drawn from major law firms, accounting firms and private banks to the clients of Garcia & Jones. Raquel's approach to client relationships is strongly founded in the importance of honesty and transparency.
Whilst Raquel maintains an interest in the property business, especially with her own personal clients, she is no longer taking on new clients.
